Retention for this topic: document content is purged after 24 hours (default tier). A permanent upload record (filename, SHA-256 fingerprint, timestamps; no content) is kept for audit, admins can see that you uploaded a file, but cannot read its contents after expiry.

Ask for a Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF version of any answer, e.g. "give me this in Word format" or "make a brochure of this", and it generates automatically, or use the ⋮ menu for the Office formats. Finished files land in your Generated files shelf with a notification; if document export isn't enabled for the topic, you'll see a note instead.
Every generated file, Word/Excel/PowerPoint documents, PDFs, and interactive artifacts, is saved to your Generated files shelf for the conversation. Open it from the folder icon to browse and download, grouped by date with today's files shown first. The folder icon appears when the topic can generate files, or when the conversation already has some.
For topics with this enabled, the AI can add polished calculators, scenario explorers, decision aids, steppers, and quizzes built from trusted components. They work immediately in the answer; unusual bespoke experiences use the hardened click-to-run sandbox fallback.
For topics with this enabled, click the Studio icon to turn the whole conversation into a reusable artifact: briefs, mind maps, quizzes, audio overviews, action plans, timelines, slides, and more. Studio works from the conversation only, and outputs are saved to your Generated files shelf.
If your administrator allows images, use Create image or ask to create an illustration. Images use your topic sources, cost extra, and carry a generated-content disclosure.
The AI can generate interactive charts, diagrams, mind maps, timelines, maps, custom illustrations, and clean KPI/comparison posters directly in chat, rendered with ECharts, Mermaid, Markmap, Leaflet, and SVG (Chart.js is retained for previously saved charts). Visuals can include real images from your source documents. Hover any visual for a download button to save it as an image.
Use the microphone button to speak your question. Your speech is converted to text automatically. Some topics may have voice activity detection for hands-free recording.
Click the speaker icon on any AI response to hear it read aloud. Click again to pause or resume playback.
For topics with this enabled, switch to Tutor Mode for a guided, step-by-step learning experience with explanations, practice questions, and progress tracking. Resume any past lesson from your learning history.
For topics with this enabled, iKB Research runs deeper multi-step research across the web and your knowledge base to answer complex questions, with synthesised findings and sources.
The AI learns your preferences and facts from conversations and uses them to personalise future responses. Memory works across sessions, the AI remembers what matters to you. Use incognito mode to skip memory for a conversation.
Bookmark any answer with the bookmark button in its action row, then find it in the Saved panel, the bookmark icon just below the menu button. Group saves into folders, rename or delete a folder from its ⋯ menu, search everything you have saved, and sort by date, topic or title. Saves are paged 20 at a time. Clearing a save removes only the bookmark; the conversation itself is never deleted, and a cleared save can be undone.
Rate AI responses with thumbs up or down. Your feedback helps improve the system and can trigger admin review for quality assurance.
Tap the spy icon in the top-right header (next to the Feature Guide) to go private. Messages are not stored permanently and history is not retained between sessions.
Switch between light and dark mode using the theme button in the header. Your preference is saved for future visits.
